Little Puku ships Australia-wide and internationally, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, New Zealand and select European countries.
Where Your Order Ships From
- United States orders are fulfilled from our US warehouse (Washington State) for faster domestic delivery.
- All other orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is dispatched.

Please take care when placing your order, as we are unable to cancel or make amendments to an order after it has been placed. Any details which are entered incorrectly at the time of ordering are the responsibility of the customer.
We are a small company and our teams can sometimes work independently, which means we may not review an email regarding any amendments or cancellations prior to an order being dispatched.

Sorry, we don't offer in-person pickup. Our fulfilment operations are streamlined for quick and efficient shipping directly from our warehouse.
All in-stock orders ship within 24 hours on normal business days.
If your items are pre-order items it will be stated in your cart.
Because orders are processed so quickly we are unable to edit, add to, or change orders once they are placed.
